Petree Home Loans started as a blanket ask at a Chattanooga networking event I spoke at, and evolved into my most impressive fever dream come to life. Corey said he needed help with his social media presence and in turn, I pitched him “Hugh Heffner meets the Dos Equis guy and educates about mortgages.” This is how Cash Mortgageson was born. This character that Corey plays (who most often has a Trans-Atlantic, British accent, but can turn Australian real quick) has gotten Corey recognized all over the region, and resulted in Corey being asked to speak at Union Home conferences about his “unique” approach to marketing in this new age of social media.
